Since 2006, we have provided seamless global air, sea, rail freight solutions, expert customs brokerage, and real-time tracking to importers and exporters worldwide, focusing strongly on efficient, transparent, and stress-free Australian supply chains.

We are committed to operating in an inclusive, respectful, and discrimination-free manner across all our services, including our website www.cffworld.com. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, vilification, or abuse in any form. This policy applies to all website users, clients, partners, employees, and interactions (including quote requests, document uploads, comments, emails, or any user-generated content).

Our Commitment to Non-Discrimination

We uphold Australian federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination in the provision of goods and services (including digital platforms and freight/logistics services). Key protections include:

  • Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth) particularly section 18C, which prohibits public acts (including online content) that offend, insult, humiliate, or intimidate based on race, colour, descent, national or ethnic origin.
  • The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) requires reasonable adjustments for accessible digital services.
  • Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth), Age Discrimination Act 2004 (Cth), and state equivalents (e.g., Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW)).

We prohibit discrimination, harassment, or vilification based on protected attributes, including but not limited to: race (including Indigenous status), colour, national or ethnic origin, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, intersex status, marital status, pregnancy, religion, or political opinion.

Prohibited Conduct on www.cffworld.com

Users must not:

  • Post, upload, share, or submit content that discriminates against, vilifies, harasses, or intimidates individuals or groups based on protected attributes (e.g., racial slurs, ableist remarks, sexist language, or derogatory comments about nationality/origin)
  • Engage in behaviour that breaches section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act (e.g., content reasonably likely to offend or insult based on race/ethnicity in a public online context).
  • Submit inaccessible materials that could indirectly discriminate (we aim to meet accessibility standards ourselves).

This includes interactions via quote forms, document uploads, tracking comments, emails to operations@cffworld.com, or any other website features.

Accessibility Commitment

To avoid disability discrimination and ensure equitable access to our freight services and digital tools:

  • We strive for compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 or 2.2 Level AA.
  • Features include alt text for images, keyboard navigation, clear forms, and readable content.
  • We provide reasonable adjustments where requested (e.g., alternative formats for documents or assistance with quote submissions).

Moderation and Enforcement

We monitor and moderate website content and interactions as needed.

Violations may result in removal of content, warnings, suspension of access (e.g., blocking quote submissions or tracking access), permanent bans, or referral to authorities such as the Australian Human Rights Commission or eSafety Commissioner.

We may report serious online harms (e.g., racial vilification or targeted harassment) to relevant bodies.
