Change Freight Forwarding Pty Ltd (CFFWORLD Transport) is a wholly Australian-owned freight forwarding and customs compliance company headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales. We operate across Australia and globally, providing efficient air, sea, rail freight, customs brokerage, and tracking services, focusing on transparent Australian supply chains.
As part of our commitment to respect, inclusion, and cultural awareness, we incorporate an Acknowledgement of Country into our communications and operations.
An Acknowledgement of Country is a way for anyone including organisations like ours to show respect for Traditional Owners and the enduring relationship of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to Country. It is a simple yet meaningful protocol that recognises the history and ongoing presence of First Nations peoples.
We are guided by Reconciliation Australia's recommendations:
We encourage sincerity in all cultural protocols. We remain open to guidance from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, local Aboriginal Land Councils, or Native Title representative bodies on appropriate engagement relevant to our operations.

Change Freight Forwarding Pty Ltd (CFFWORLD Transport) is a wholly Australian-owned freight forwarding and customs compliance company headquartered at Level 26, Suite 1, 1 - 7 Bligh Street Sydney NSW 2000 Australia.
A Welcome to Country is a distinct cultural protocol performed only by Traditional Owners (or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples authorised by them) to welcome visitors to specific Country. It may include speeches, ceremonies, singing, dancing, or other elements.
We recognise that only Traditional Owners can deliver a Welcome to Country. Where relevant (e.g., for formal events on specific lands), we will seek to organise one through appropriate local channels, such as the relevant Aboriginal Land Council.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters throughout Australia, and in particular the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, on whose Country our Sydney office stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and community, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
This acknowledgement reflects our respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Nations of Australia and the original custodians of the lands on which we live, work, and conduct business.
This Acknowledgement is displayed prominently on www.cffworld.com to affirm our respect in all digital interactions.
Staff are encouraged to use it personally in meetings or correspondence as a sign of respect.
We review this statement periodically to ensure it remains accurate and meaningful.
By including this Acknowledgement, we aim to contribute to greater awareness, reconciliation, and respectful relationships across our business activities.
For any questions, feedback, or guidance on cultural protocols, please contact us at operations@cffworld.com or +61 1300 887 612.
This policy is informed by Reconciliation Australia's guidelines on Acknowledgement of Country and Welcome to Country (reconciliation.org.au). It promotes genuine respect without appropriation.
